Simple Conditions

  • 36–48 months 5% Interest
  • 60 months 5.25% Interest
  • 72 months 7% Interest

Additional Conditions

• Must purchase TISCO’s All Risks insurance.
• Total credit limit per contract not exceeding 1M THB.
• The lessee/guarantor must be a title deed holder.
• Pay at the “start of period” for an extra 0.10% rate cut.
• Min. interest income 25,000 THB/contract (incl. VAT).

Borrower Qualifications

• Minimum income 30,000 THB/month.
• Lessee must have NCB Pattern 1, 2, or 5 only.
• Guarantors require an NCB check every time.
• Corporate entities must have a good payment history.
